Josh is right. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. since all those grains are used in flour, im allergic to cake,bread,cookies,and most cereals. its sorta hard resisting eating cake, but i guess it keeps me skinny :/

it isnt but you get used to it after 10 years of being diagnosed. i has sum really good gluten free pumkin cake today. it was delicious and moist
