the year is 2087. 5 years ago,the island of Fantasia became the 51st state. However, despite its size, the state is barely populated. Why? The state was previously used by the company SMILE-INC, a tech group that was notorious for its "life hacking" or in other words, using technology to enhance humans fighting abilities. And they aren't happy about America taking over their land. To get back, they've sent out the best of their creations to mercilessly kill hundreds of people on the island. The government refused to give back the land, and instead did something not even SMILE-INC expected: asked children for help. In the year 2071, babies were born with....special abilities. Some could lift their cribs, some breathed fire, and one...well.... flew. Although these letters were sent out to hundreds of kids across the country, very few replied. Wil you be one of them?

NO mary sues. Dont pull an Eve and make your character perfect. NO Anti-Marys. Your character cant be an awful villian either.

Well, I sure hope this works out. Name: Rep Age: What the heck, I'll make him 14 Ability- luck. The special ability of luck would mean I would have higher accuracy when firing a gun, and, well, be more lucky. I'll try not to make it cheap in any way though.
EDIT: I forgot, where would Fantasia BE? Continental U.S. is completely full and there is no land on Earth other than Antarctica claimed by some country or other. Was fantasia part of a different country or something? Have political borders changed in 70 years?

Okay... Name: Quinn Age: 15 Special ability: Adaptiveness. Other than the basics, like gaining stamina faster and stuff like that, this means a gradual build-up of immunity to other powers. Again, I'll try not to make it cheap.
