Holy crud... I pixeled pictures on paint.net (the program, it's a free download) and saved each file seperately. I then uploaded each picture to a GIF maker, and voila! I had an animation. :)

 Paint.net is fine, but GIMP is a bit better. It's what I use, plus it's free. I highly reccomend trying it out sometime.

I had Gimp for a while, but I honestly don't like it very much. It doesn't have layers (at least, from what I saw). And Paint.Net is free, too. Both programs are good, but I personally like Paint.Net more.

Actually, I'm pretty sure it does have layers, but you'll have to ask Josh to be sure.

Yes, FIMP has layers. In order to see them, you go to the windows tab and click layers. Also, to that rhyme thing, sweet would work. You can get the latest GIMP at http://www.gimp.org/

Yeah it really is. I had gimp for a while but I recently got Adobe Elements and I love it. Haha :)

I've tried Adobe, but I like GIMP a bit better. I'll post some examples of what I have made.
